Harmful stuttering outcomes.
When I was a teenager, I had a slight stutter.
And I was terribly ashamed of it.
To hide my insecurity, I started smoking.
I thought it made me feel cooler.
When I got to two packs a day, I started coughing a lot.
I decided to quit smoking eventually.
However I was eating more, got fat and decided to lose weight.
To suppress the feeling of hunger in the evenings and to fall asleep faster I started to drink vodka a little each day.
Gradually I began to drink in earnest.
After drinking I smoked again and started to eat a lot at night.
Anyway, now I’m a binge drinker. I weigh 120kg (hundred and twenty kilos) and I smoke.
God knows, I’d rather stutter.
